Chairmen

Mr. Yusuf Ali Noton is a development professional with over 20 years of experience in creative communication and material development. A co-founder of Subarnarekha Limited, he has played a key role in establishing the firm as a provider of 360-degree advertising and communication solutions driven by innovative research development, approves creative estimates, ensures the high-quality execution of deliverables, and collaborates with teams to achieve impactful outcomes. His journey began with the iconic MEENA cartoon in 1998, and he has since contributed to numerous animation projects, television commercials, and educational content. As the lead illustrator, graphic designer, and material developer, he played a significant role in creating the Standardized Adolescent Empowerment Package (SAEP) under the APC project of the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, with technical support from UNICEF.

Managing Director

Tofazzal Hossen is a seasoned development professional with over 12 years of experience in training and content development. As an expert in graphic design and illustration, he has contributed to numerous projects for national and international organizations, including UNICEF and NCTB. His creative expertise has been instrumental in developing impactful communication materials, and he has served as the Lead Illustrator, Graphic Designer, and Material Developer for the Standardized Adolescent Empowerment Package (SAEP) under UNICEF. Alongside his design career, Tofazzal spent six years as a teacher, further showcasing his dedication to knowledge sharing and skill development. As the Managing Director of Subarnarekha Limited, he holds a BFA and a Diploma in Graphic Design, bringing both artistic talent and leadership to the organization.

Director

He has 20 years of experience in giving direction in executive, government and commercial projects. His journey as an animation director started back in 2005 and now his career is thriving. He has participated in many and conducted many training and workshops. He worked on many Films, Books , art exhibitions etc. He holds a BFA in Drawing and Painting and an MFA in the same subject from University of Dhaka. He was the Animation Director and Creative Artist for Meena Game, a project of UNICEF.

Director

He is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a strong background in strategic branding, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement. He has led both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, contributing to enhanced organizational visibility and effective communication outcomes.

Director

Farzana Jerin is the Managing Director of Subarnarekha. She has worked as Multimedia Storyteller, Videographer, News and feature writer and also a teacher. She worked as Videographer from 2016-2022 at DBC news TV and Nagorik TV, respectively. She also worked as news and feature writer and multimedia storyteller. Farzana did her role as Director, Assistant Director, Cinematographer and scriptwriter at different times of her career. She holds a Masters Degree in Television, Film and Photography from University of Dhaka. She was one of the directors of the CSSR project by UNICEF.

Ali Ashraf, is an accomplished HR and Accounts leader with expertise in talent development, financial oversight, and organizational management. Holding an MBA, he aligns people strategies with business goals, fosters collaboration, and drives operational excellence.

Khalekur Rahman Arko is a seasoned music director and audio producer with over a decade of experience in music composition and sound production. He has worked with renowned musical teams like ‘Gaaner dol O Krishnokoli’ and ‘Samageet,’ and has produced multiple successful albums. Currently, he serves as a Producer at Bengal Foundation and has engineered sound at Bengal Music Studio. Khalekur is skilled in music direction, sound engineering, and using professional software like Pro Tools and Logic Pro. He holds degrees in History from Jahangirnagar University, blending academic knowledge with his musical expertise.

Consultant & Researcher

Muhammad Omar Faruque Akhund is a seasoned development professional with over 20 years of experience in youth empowerment, gender-based violence (GBV) prevention, and livelihoods development. He worked with prominent organizations like UNICEF, UN Women, and IOM. His expertise includes managing GBV and child rights projects, delivering vocational training, conducting research and evaluations, and coordinating with government bodies and NGOs. Known for his strong leadership and technical skills, Akhund has developed gender-responsive reintegration guidelines, referral systems, and vocational training programs, contributing to sustainable development and social protection efforts.

Creative Director

Md. Fahad Abdullah Kaizer, Chief Photographer, brings over 15 years of expertise in visual storytelling, working with global organizations such as UNDP, FAO, GiZ, and UN Women on projects spanning WASH, education, health, and social inclusion. Renowned for his impactful imagery and multimedia content, his work has been globally recognized, including being shortlisted for UNDP’s Photo of the Year. Fahad has curated exhibitions like ActionAid’s "Different Images of Men" and conducted workshops on photography and content creation for diverse audiences. With a Diploma in Photojournalism from Pathshala and advanced training in multimedia, he excels in delivering compelling visual narratives.

Executive manager

Kazi Zobaida Akter is an accomplished Executive Manager with 6 years of experience, currently leading projects at Subarnarekha Limited. Her expertise includes project management, training facilitation, and event coordination, ensuring the smooth execution of various initiatives. She previously worked at Pragroshor, where she organized youth programs, managed social media campaigns, and created promotional materials. With a solid academic foundation, including a Post Graduate Diploma in International Relations and an M.A. in English, she excels in communication, leadership, and strategic planning, contributing to impactful project outcomes.

Graphic Designer

He is a Development Professional with more than 10 years of experience in the training and content development field. He has worked for/with many national and international organizations and NGOs. He is a graphic design and illustration expert. He has been a graphic designer and illustrator for different projects of UNICEF, NCTB and many more organizations. Besides being an graphic designing expert, he has been a teacher for 6 years.

Visual Artist and Animator

He is a talented artist who has done his BFA in Drawing and Painting from University of Dhaka. And currently doing his Masters in the same department. He is the visual artist and animator at Subarnarekha. Other than Subarnarekha, he has worked as graphic designer and animator at other reputed companies.

Communication Officer

She is the Documentation Officer of Subarnarekha. Although, she holds her Honors in Art and Creative. she has a keen interest in Documentation and Report and is excited to grow and learn in this field. She is a detail oriented and dedicated employee at Subarnarekha. Previously she was as a Trainer at Women and Child friendly Project.

Chief Video Editor

Zahid Sumon is the Chief Editor of Subarnarekha. He has more than 10 years of experience in editing and color grading. He has worked in many Films, Web Films, Drama Series, Single Dramas, TVCs, AVs and Documentaries. Mr. Zahid holds a BSc degree. He is an expert in FCPX, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshoot and Adobe Animate. Zahid Sumon is one of the editors of CSSR project by UNICEF.

Communication Officer

Mitun Shorma is a development professional with over three years of experience working with national and international organizations. He specializes in community mobilization, awareness campaigns, training facilitation, networking, and event management. He holds both BA and MA degrees in English. He served as a scriptwriter and Assistant Director for the CSSR project. He also coordinated the Self-Defence Program on behalf of Subarnarekha Limited, funded by UNICEFand led by Ministry of Youth and Sports (MoYAS).

IT Manager

Zihad holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Daffodil International University. With a strong technical background and problem-solving expertise, he effectively integrates technology-driven approaches into creative production and visual direction. As a core member of the visual team at Subarnarekha Limited for the CSSR project, he played an important role in coordinating production workflows, managing technical aspects of visual content, and ensuring high-quality execution throughout the project.

Video Editor

MD. Fozlul Haque is the junior video editor at Subarnarekha. He has been working with Subarnarekha from the beginning of this agency. Before Subarnarekha, He has worked at Promi Agro Foods LTD and Marico Bangladesh as well. He is currently doing his BSS in Political Science from GOVT. Tolaram College. Fozlul worked as a junior editor at the CSSR project.

Video Editor

Polock Sarker is a highly skilled video editor with 2.5 years of experience, currently working at Subarnarekha Limited. He has extensive expertise in editing and post-production for projects with renowned organizations, including UNICEF's CSSR, Self-Defense Project, and Bebbo Parenting App. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects, Polock excels in delivering creative visual storytelling with precision and attention to detail. His background also includes managing video projects for clients like ensuring high-quality results while meeting tight deadlines.

Cinematographer

Cinematography is a very important role of content making. And He does that job for us. He has done his study on photoghaphy from Pathshala. Anik was the cinematographer for CSSR project and worked as a Photographer at an event organized by Subarnarekha. He is also a freelance Photographer.

Visual Artist

Md. Rabbi Hossain is an experienced Production Manager with a demonstrated track record in video editing and graphic design. At Subarnarekha Limited, he oversees high-profile projects, including UNICEF’s CSSR and Self-Defense Projects, ensuring top-notch quality and timely delivery. Previously, he worked with DrikNEWS, where he specialized in video editing and motion graphics, and at Amader Pathshala, where he produced and edited educational videos. His expertise includes motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.

Accountants And Tax Lawyer

Md. Mohsin Bin Rashid is currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh and has completed his Master of Accountancy in Taxation from University of Dhaka and BBA from University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh. He has 6 years of experience in accounting, tax, VAT, auditing, and financial management, and has worked with Chamber of Consultants & Counsellors, Subarnarekha Limited, A & Z Corporation, Jotno Advisory Limited, and Akhter Abbas Khan & Co. Chartered Accountants.

HR and Admin Officer

She is the HR and admin officer of Subarnarekha. Although, she holds her Honors in Geography and Environment, she has a keen interest in Human Resources and is excited to grow and learn in this field. She is a detail oriented and dedicated employee at Subarnarekha. Previously she was a executive officer in a multinational company.
