Mr. Yusuf Ali Noton is a development professional with over 20 years of experience in creative communication and material development. A co-founder of Subarnarekha Limited, he has played a key role in establishing the firm as a provider of 360-degree advertising and communication solutions driven by innovative research development, approves creative estimates, ensures the high-quality execution of deliverables, and collaborates with teams to achieve impactful outcomes. His journey began with the iconic MEENA cartoon in 1998, and he has since contributed to numerous animation projects, television commercials, and educational content. As the lead illustrator, graphic designer, and material developer, he played a significant role in creating the Standardized Adolescent Empowerment Package (SAEP) under the APC project of the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, with technical support from UNICEF.
